• Stocks. Historically, stocks have delivered the highest returns of any financial asset. We concentrate on stocks.

 

• Funds. Mutual funds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) provide diversification within our stock portfolio.

 

• Risk-Adjusted Returns. We research and select funds based on their risk-adjusted returns—how much return a fund delivers relative to the amount of risk it takes. We call high risk-adjusted returns the “Holy Grail” of investing.

 

• Technical Analysis. Occasionally, we adjust asset allocation based on market trend changes identified through technical analysis.

 

• Best Ideas. Finally... Don’t diversify away our best ideas. We lean into the holdings we believe in most.
