Michael’s interest in investments began in 1985 after grasping the power of compound interest. (Albert Einstein said “Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it. He who doesn't, pays it.”) Michael made his first mutual fund purchase that year, and has been investing and advising individuals (both formally and informally) since that time. Michael has worked as an advisor within a large financial institution, as well as a financial analyst in a Fortune 500 company where he focused on forecasting, budgeting and analysis of large capital projects. Michael’s dream to open his own advisory firm came to fruition in July 2010 when he formed MK Strategic Equities.
David Kissner

David has a passion for teaching and working with kids. He teaches math and leads a nonprofit outdoor recreation organization for youth and families. David earned his designation of Investment Advisor Representative in 2017 and works with Michael on market analysis, fund research, and portfolio management.
Marilyn Kissner

For over thirty years, Marilyn listened as Michael enthusiastically shared with her his passion for investments. In 2017, Marilyn earned the designation Investment Advisor Representative. Marilyn focuses on new accounts, asset transfers and communications with the brokerage firm. In addition to her involvement with MKSE, Marilyn has operated a small business since 1993 offering word processing services, as well as serving as a legal secretary since 2002.
